NONDISCRIMINATION NOTICE/TITLE IX
It is the policy of the School Board that there will be no discrimination on the basis of age, gender, race, creed, color, religion, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, national ethnic origin, economic status or disability for employment in, participation in, admission/access to, or operation and administration of any educational program or activity in the School District and provides equal access to Boy Scouts and other designated youth groups.
The District will not discriminate against any employee who is a victim of domestic violence, harassment, sexual assault, or stalking.
The Superintendent or his/her designee will receive all inquiries, complaints, and other communications relative to this policy and the applicable laws and regulations concerned with non-discrimination.
This policy of non-discrimination is applicable to all persons employed or served by the District. Any complaints or alleged infractions of the policy, law, or applicable regulations will be processed through the grievance procedure. This policy implements PL 94-142, Section 504 of The Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Title II of The American Disabilities Act, Title VI or VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, and the laws of New Hampshire pertaining to non-discrimination.

Es política de la Junta Escolar que no habrá discriminación por motivos de edad, sexo, raza, credo, color, religión, estado civil, orientación sexual, identidad de género, origen étnico nacional, situación económica o discapacidad para el empleo en , participación en, admisión/acceso a, u operación y administración de cualquier programa o actividad educativa en el Distrito Escolar y brinda igualdad de acceso a los Boy Scouts y otros grupos juveniles designados.
El Distrito no discriminará a ningún empleado que sea víctima de violencia doméstica, acoso, agresión sexual o acoso.
El Superintendente o su designado recibirá todas las consultas, quejas y otras comunicaciones relacionadas con esta política y las leyes y regulaciones aplicables relacionadas con la no discriminación.
Esta política de no discriminación es aplicable a todas las personas empleadas o atendidas por el Distrito. Cualquier queja o presunta infracción de la política, la ley o los reglamentos aplicables se procesarán mediante el procedimiento de queja. Esta política implementa PL 94-142, Sección 504 de la Ley de Rehabilitación de 1973, Título II de la Ley de Discapacidades de América, Título VI o VII de la Ley de Derechos Civiles de 1964, Título IX de las Enmiendas de Educación de 1972, y las leyes de Nuevo Hampshire relativo a la no discriminación.
