Health Office

  • New Orders must be provided yearly for daily administered medications, inhalers, Epi-pens, rescue medications, and over the counter medications.  Parent permission must be accompanied with physician's order.  Parents/guardians will arrange medication delivery with the nurse to be administered. 
  • Over the counter medication permission can be signed electronically through the parent portal via PowerSchool.
    • All medication to be taken at school must be brought to the Health Office (Ed 311.02). 
  • Please note, students are NOT PERMITTED to carry ANY medications with them other than the following exceptions: rescue inhalers, Epi-pens, and diabetic management supplies, with a physician order
  • Physicals and immunization records can be uploaded as part of online student enrollment, or faxed, emailed, or brought in to the health office..  A yearly physical on file is required for all student athletes and students entering PreK, K, 4th, and 9th grade.  
  • An up-to-date immunization record is required (RSA 141-C:20).
  • Students who are returning to school post concussion, hospitalization, injury (that impairs mobility) or ailment that requires accommodations or restrictions must provide documentation to the health office and check in with the nurse PRIOR to attending class. 

Feeling Sick?

  • Students with fever 100.4 are to remain home until the symptoms have improved and they have been fever-free for 24 hours (without the use of fever-reducing medications).  If vomiting, diarrhea, and flu-like symptoms persist with no improvement for longer than 3 days, please consult with your PCP regarding your illness.
