Request for Proposals: RECONFIGURE FRONT ENTRANCE AREA OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
(NOTE: The pre-bid meeting scheduled for November 20th at 4:00 PM is still on. The meeting has not been rescheduled.)
The Raymond School District is accepting sealed bids for reconfiguring the front entrance area of the Lamprey River Elementary School.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Lamprey River Elementary School, 33 Old Manchester Road, Raymond, NH at 4:00 pm on November 20, 2018. The contractor shall be responsible for visiting the site to become familiar with all conditions and circumstances connected with this project, including compliance with all local, state and federal codes.
The contractor shall be responsible for coordinating the work schedule with the District’s Facilities Director to avoid any disruption of student activities. This is considered a summer project to be completed between June 25, 2019 and August 23, 2019.
Three (3) copies of each bid should be sealed and clearly marked “RFP for LRES Front Entrance”. Bids are due by and will be opened at 2:30 December 20, 2018 at the Raymond Superintendent’s Office, Dr. Tina McCoy, Superintendent, SAU #33, 43 Harriman Hill Road, Raymond, NH 03077.
