Professional Development Committee

The Professional Development Committee (PDC) will plan and evaluate district-wide professional development activities, including some professional development activities that may be offered during in-service days. The Chair of the PDC will be the intermediary between the Administration Team and the PDC. Certified educators serving on the Professional Development Committee will also be the building representatives. Therefore, they will be the intermediary between the certified staff and the PDC. The paraeducator member is to be an intermediary between paraeducators and the PDC. The PDC also reviews and updates the Professional Development Master Plan.
