About Us

  • The Town of Raymond is a strong community of approximately 11,000.  It is located in Rockingham County (exits 4 and 5 off of Route 101) and offers the beauty of nearby Pawtuckaway State Park.

The Raymond School District consists of three schools - Lamprey River Elementary School (grades Preschool-4), Iber Holmes Gove Middle School (grades 5-8), and Raymond High School (grades 9-12).  There are approximately 135 teachers and 112 support staff members in addition to central office personnel and administrators.

District staff, students, and parents are active in working together to establish and meet the District's mission and strategic goals.  An active committee works annually to help guide the work throughout the year to meet benchmarks in achievement and outreach.
The Mission of the Raymond School District is to ensure high levels of learning for all.  Through innovation and collaboration with our community, we will encourage and challenge each student with a rigorous and relevant program.
