SAU 33 Computer Service Request Procedure
HELP DOCUMENT 002

  

Step 1: Logon to the district homepage at: www.sau33.com

Step 2: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the following icon

                  

 Step 3: Next click on the following icon to be taken to the school dude login page:            

                  

Step 4: Type in your email address as in the example below and click the submit button.
             Note: If you have yet to make a repair request you are not yet entered into the
                       repair system, you must enter the information requested before proceeding.
                       Once you have entered your information for the first time you will be taken
                       into the request form. (See below)


Step 5: Once you are in the system you can move to STEP 2 on the repair request form
            As shown below.  Fields with a RED check mark are required and must be
            completed before you can make a repair request, all other fields are OPTIONAL.
            At the bottom of the form you must click submit before your request will be sent
            to the IT department.

 

Step 6: Checking the status of your request:  You may return to the school dude page to check the status of your requests.  To check you status simply log into school dude from the link as described in steps 1-4.  Once logged in you can click on the MY REQUESTS Tab as show below to see the repair requests you have in the system and their status.


 

NOTE: The IT department will be checking the School Dude request page frequently throughout the day, no repairs will be made unless you have entered them into school dude.  PLEASE do not stop IT staff in the hallway and ask them to attend to a computer problem, as of November 5, 2007 NO IT repairs will be made unless processed through School Dude.  If your computer is broken and you can not get online to make a repair request, please use another computer to logon to the School Dude page.  If you have trouble making a repair request the IT staff will be available as needed to assist you.
