If you are the parent/guardian of a student attending IHGMS, then you are automatically a Parent Core Group Member. We always need more helping hands and fresh ideas!
THE DATE FOR RAFFLEMANIA HAS BEEN CHANGED to Friday, April 16, 2010 from 5pm to 9pm! We still need help organizing this event - please come to the April 5th meeting or contact Carol Cameron (244-8848) if you would like to help.
EARN CASH FOR IBER HOLMES GOVE MIDDLE SCHOOL (IHGMS)
If your family is already participating, please keep up the good work! If not, this memo should hopefully give you the information you need to join in. All money collected and prizes redeemed from these programs benefit the school and students at IHGMS.
Magazine Orders Account# 425090235
You can order new or renewal magazine subscriptions at www.QSP.com at any time throughout the year. IHGMS receives 40% profit from each order and the prices are quite reasonable, so please pass this information on to family, friends and local businesses.
Target REDcard Account# 72131
1) Register your Target REDcard by visiting www.target.com/tcoe or call 1-800-316-6142 to designate IHGMS as your school of choice. Any family member, living in any state may designate IHGMS as their school of choice.
2) Shop at Target and a percentage of each purchase will be donated to IHGMS.
Box Tops for Education
10 cents earned for each Box Top collected.
1) Clip Box Tops from over 150 items.
2) Send the Box Tops to school with your child. There is a collection box located in the front office at IHGMS.
Cartridges for Kids
1) Collect empty Inkjet and Laser cartridges, used cell phones, laptops (please include power cords) and PDAs (Palm Pilots). These items may be collected from home, work, businesses, friends, family and neighbors.
2) Bring them to the IHGMS front office (the smaller items may be sent with your child) and they will be recycled for cash.
LRES collects Tyson Project A+ Labels – feel free to send in to the IHGMS Office with your other items (in separate bag) and we will pass it on to LRES.
RHS “Cans 4 Band”. Aluminum cans are collected for the Raymond High School Music Program. Please rinse first. Contact Bonnie Martin at 895-1381 or drop off at 54 Mountain Rd, Raymond.
The Raymond High School is just starting the My Coke Rewards Program – so start saving your bottle caps and send in to the IHGMS Office with your other items (in separate bag) and we will pass it on to RHS.
